The 242-seat arrangement can be completely folded away, allowing the venue to adapt to performances, rehearsals, productions, and workshops.

Instead of recirculating indoor air, the system heats or cools fresh outdoor air. Its capacity is designed for 400 people, including stage performers.

The venue is suitable for theatre and concerts, with acoustic curtains that adjust reverberation.

Three large and one small emergency exits and firefighting equipment are available. The doors can also be used for audience, performer, and scenery access.
