Yücel Arts Center Personal Data Protection Privacy Notice

In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Yücel Arts Center (Yücel Culture Foundation), acting as the data controller, informs you that your personal data will be processed within the framework described below.

1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data, including your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and organization information, may be processed for receiving venue-use requests, managing newsletter subscriptions, providing event updates and communicating information related to workshop processes, in accordance with the personal-data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

2. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private-law entities, and the administrative bodies of Yücel Culture Foundation where necessary for fulfilling legal obligations and Foundation purposes. Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the “Venue Use Application Form”, “Contact Form” and “Newsletter Subscription” areas on our website. Such data is processed on the legal bases of explicit statutory authorization and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of KVKK

As a personal-data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, and request correction where data is incomplete or inaccurate. You may submit your requests in writing to the Foundation address.
